Choose Artistic Landscapes

We have been using Artistic Landscaping for the past 15 years. Over the years, he has done a lot of MAJOR work around our house. I’ll try to keep this short. To start, he redid our entire front yard – the work entailed regrading the yard, new sod, front yard sprinkler system, 2 stone retention walls (their beautiful), plus trees (Japanese Maples) and shrubs. This was our first experience working with Mark. Since then, over the years, he has installed 4 good size paver brick patios and another brick wall, plus an inground sprinkler system in the backyard. Most recently, he configured and installed a night lighting system that lights the front of the house and backyard. It automatically (thru an iPhone app) turns on & off lights every night. This lights up our entire back and front yard. Lots of compliments from the neighbors. Lastly, he installed 38 beautiful stone steps in our side yard going down into our backyard. What a project (each step weighs 400 lbs) and what an outcome. We love it. Mark always follows up with any questions or concerns after his work has been done. On a scale of 1 to 10 – I’ll give him a 12. GIVE HIM A CALL!

Mark of Artistic Landscapes re-did the front landscape of our property by installing over 10,000 sq ft of Bermuda sod, contracting out tree removal of 22 trees, re-grading the property, planting several new Japanese maple trees, roses, shrubs, hydrangeas, etc. He also fixed some drainage issues at the front of our driveway by installing a pipe underneath the concrete driveway and installing a dry creek bed and berm to control the water movement. Mark provided a lot of guidance and expertise through the process, was timely in his project timeline, and had a great crew to support his work.

We recently hired Artistic Landscapes to complete a large hardscape project including stone walls, walkway & steps, a large retaining wall and pavers installation. The results are stunning. I am very particular about construction projects, and Mark’s crew exceeded my expectations. The before and after pictures pretty much say it all. They were also very reliable. Mark answered all my calls, they showed up when they said they would, and the only reason it wasn’t completed when originally estimated, was due to a few unexpected challenges. And Mark insisted on fixing them the right way, instead of cutting corners and trying to finish quicker. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with Mark Keightley for over 10 years and compared to the service and quality of other landscape companies, Mark is head and shoulders above the rest. Not only with the aesthetics of his work, but also the functionality. He helped preserve my backyard and save it from eroding down a hill. Mark and his crew have done three separate jobs for us, two huge retaining wall projects and a paver patio. Artistic Landscapes was fair in the price they quoted, they were on time, they worked from dawn to dusk, they were pleasant and they worked closely with us every step of the way on every job.
